One of our priorities is to support pupils most in need. TKAT ACE - a champion for every child - plays a key role in that. This is a unique and innovative pastoral mentoring programme that provides a dedicated and specially trained 1:1 tutor for disadvantaged pupils and their families. The government continues to provide additional funding per annum to improve the provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools.
Schools must use the funding to make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of PE and sport they offer.
