Behaviour

As a TKAT school we have a shared and common purpose to ensure all pupils, regardless of the traditional
barriers to success, have the opportunities and resources to achieve their academic and career aspirations
within a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment.

Our behaviour policy aims to reinforce our belief that teachers have the ‘right to teach’ and children have the ‘right to
learn’.

It sets out how we will promote good behaviour and work ethic, self-discipline and respect, while preventing bullying and ensuring that pupils work towards being able to self regulate their emotions and behaviour.

All children are expected to observe the 3 Bs-

  • Be Ready
  • Be Respectful
  • Be Safe
