After School Childcare Provision

In2Care provides a high-quality wrap around provision for children aged 3-11. The sessions are child led, offering arts & crafts, team games/challenges, an afternoon snack, puzzles and board games and outdoor play!

Last week, we all took part in a house afternoon where we were learning about how to care for our own mental health and wellbeing, in honour of Children's Mental Health week. Each house did a variety of activities including meditation, baking, bilateral drawing and journaling. 🧠🌟💫

Year 5 have had a fantastic second week of forest schools, clearing rubbish in the forest school area and getting it back to all nature! 🌳🌿🪵

Year 6 have been comparing Roman housing to modern day housing this afternoon. Looking at the layout of Roman Villas and who would have lived there. They demonstrated their understanding by drawing diagrams and annotating them with the features of each. 🏠🛖

Year 2 have been very creative this afternoon. They have spent time drawing a map of an adventure island and are now creating a set of instructions for bee bots to navigate around the island! 🏝⛰⛺️

Year 1 received a very special letter today from Cinderella. She needs some help finding a suitable material for her new shoes as her glass shoes have smashed! This is linked to their new class text in English and their Science learning. 👠🥿👢
